Pete’s right . . . gravity drills for balance and full rotation & follow-through, along with strength training and regular stretching, can transform one’s golf game. It takes consistency and accurate training – practicing improper form and technique either on the range or in the weight room will get you nowhere (that’s where your golf teaching pro, and the personal training that Pete mentioned, come in!).
